Cheers to hkequipment

I had ordered an Armytek C2 Prime Pro from hkequipment but unfortunately it was lost in the mail and I hadn't paid for shipping insurance. After e-mailing their customer service seeing if they would sell me another at a discounted rate they instead since me a new one with registered shipping free of charge. It got here in barely a week this time, just like all my other orders from them.

Very happy with their response to this, they did not need to do this as the postal service had lost it and I did not pay the insurance. I will definitely continue buying lights from them.

I always buy lights from them if they have the one I want. Their service is great.

I have placed two orders with hkequipment in recent weeks. Both were shipped much faster than usual and customer service was excellent. Recommended.

So far i have placed three orders with hkequipment.
First Class International Airmail from HONG KONG, no Insurance.
Only one time did i receive a shipping notification.
So far everything went well.
I always did have to sign for the package.
I find it strange that the always use String and Button Envelopes.
Makes it easy to tamper with the content.
