Hi All,
Up for sale is a triple XP-L mini mag made to be run off three eneloops or other AA sized NIMH cells. The host is a black 3AA LED minimag with the head bored out to accept a 3/4 inch aluminum heatsink and 20mm Carclo frosted narrow spot optics. I used a triple XP-L V6 3C on noctigon in this build as well as the 17DD-S08 FET driver. The driver has four modes in ascending order with off time memory (Low-Med-High-Turbo) The tail spring is resistance modded with 22 gauge wire and the threaded end of the battery tube was sanded to provide good negative contact to the driver ring. Rested eneloops provide 4.5 amps to the emitters for approximately 1700 OTF lumens.
Beamshot is roughly 60 yards to the sugar house.
