most compact bedroom portable LED light?

I'm currently using something similar to this for my bedroom:



The size fits my palm and I use it to bounce against the white ceiling, so there is natural and even lighting for my baby. Having that said, there's some problem because it is glaring if I stare at the source directly. Would like to ask for recommendations for the following:

- Small sized (fits in a palm)
- Light up a 20sqm bedroom (it can be relatively dim, don't need high power)
- Uses AAA batteries
- built in 'shield' to prevent glare when staring at the source (LED)
- Long lifespan
- Value for $
- Free international shipping = big plus!

What should I get?

I recommend the olight I3S aaa- very reliable and tough- will light up a room and has 3 different brightness levels- moonlight to bright. You can pick them up for $25 or less and use a energizer lithium battery[primary throw away], not alkaline [ they leak]. If you can get some eneloops NIMH and a charger. even better, you wont have to buy any batteries for the next 10 yrs- good luck.
