Four Sevens Maelstrom Regen MMR-X BODY

Does anyone know if the Maelstrom Regen MMR-X body will work with a Quark Turbo head and tail cap? I know they did a limited run of 18650 bodies but I wasn't fortunate enough to get one.

Don't own the Regen, but quite certain the answer is no - you can see the thread difference in Selfbuilt's reviews. Keeppower 2500mah 16650s (from Illumn) fit and work great though.
