Picked up a Fulton N30 Today O-Ring Question

I was at the local Goodwill today and saw a Fulton N30 hazardous area approved flashlight and picked it up for a total of $1.03. Due to its age the one O-Ring is cracked and needs replaced and the other O-Ring is missing. How would I go to see about obtaining replacement O-rings?

On further inspection, I found the cracked O-Ring to still be pliable, I also checked and the O-Rings are not the same size. I have a caliper, should I measure the diameter of the area the missing O-Ring is to find the Inside diameter of the replacement?
