Hi all,

What do you think that Cree has against the #1? - If this has been answered before, I'm sorry, - I just have never found it.

Back in the day, we have 'Q5" followed by 'R2" (there are earlier examples, but no need to go there).

Then we see R5 followed by S2. - Where is the R1 and S1?

They continue this practice to today, with their T6 followed by the U2.

Anyone know why they do this? - Skipping over the ones?

Edit - This has Nothing to do with 'Tint', just Output.- Thanks.

Thanks,
-Chuck

Hi Erik, Yes - Exactly... That was my question; why no 1? I guess that only Cree knows for sure... Thanks, -Chuck
I know some companies don't like mixing the letter "I" and number "1" within things like product codes because depending on fonts and case used for display, they could be confused for each other. Notice how the letter I, L and O are also skipped over in bin codes.
