    That's all I really need.

I'd definitely be in for the XPG2 PDTc and the etching (looks killer)
    Vin,

Is the stock driver just 1 mode?

Hi Vinh. Just to confirm this is the original Sipik 68 & 98? Your hosts are not clones? Also, are they solid or hollow pills? Thanks!

I saw now your photo of the SK98, it seems to be the original. I presume the 68 will then also be. Are they solid or holoow pill?

    Correct.

The pill is hollow. Still decent contact surface for the LED copper base though.

    My 98 came- GREAT TINT!
Stoked to try it out this eve
    Thanks!!

The XML2(PDT-N) is still plenty big even when focussed.

Was too foggy out on the coast to truly test - surprisingly good throw when zoomed out a bit.

If I had to guess I'd say it's ~30-40k lux on full focus with my warming PDT-N XML2

I'll have to test it against my dedomed XPG2 SMO P60 pocket thrower soon when it's clearer.

I think the XPG2 in this would still have a plenty big spot on full focus since the lens isn't too large.

    Fun little light!

The single mode is direct drive so run times should be similar to other DD XML2 lights.
Mine gets pretty hot with a fresh panny BD probably ok for continuous use on a cool evening and cooling with yer bare hands.

The XPG2 would be a better choice for run time and heat with probably 45mins of max output with a LONG taper off over a few hours with a 3000+ mah cell.

The sk68 version may very well be my first Vinh light! I usually buy a few sipiks a month and give them to guys at work, excited to see what a modded vsrsion in the same format can do

Interested in the sk68 with the drivervn. Not into 14500 or 18650. Is it possible? Or drivervn is for li-ion only?

Hey Vinh long time no talk. Do you still mod and sell these? I think this is still one of my favorite lights of yours even if the light itself is a bit of a cheap piece of crap haha (not your fault I mean the light itself).

My switch got intermittent/dirty so I took it apart and sanded it. The lens glue came off so I reglued it. But still there is no more impressive light in my collection I think. The spotlight flood is so damn impressive and the zoom is wild. What a great little light (Mine is dedomed XML2 I think)

The WengerVN is better quality but expensive

There are still no Quality aspheric zoomies out there....Unfortunately.
