So, I have an Oveready 3P style body and left over Surefire 6P parts. I also have a Malkoff M31 SOH module. When I put these together, I have a great EDC light. However, I did notice a discernible gap between the body and head. I actually also noticed it when I have the Malkoff M61 module in my Surefire 6P. Just wondering if other Malkoff and Surefire owners have this and what you did to make it flush. I know I can just put an O-ring, but rather try and have it flush.
I am also wondering what other 3P drop ins you guys/gals use or recommend on 1 non rechargeable CR123 battery. I noticed that someone posted a similar question on this forum, but that was back in 2009/2010, and I am sure that there are newer and better drop ins. I would prefer a USA made drop in, but will also take consideration with overseas products. Thanks all.
