Olight now has the brand new 3600mAh and the 3200mAh 18650s. The batteries feature protection circuitry, long life, low self discharge, raised positive polarity and a high discharge current. The lifespan of both of these batteries is 500 charge-discharge cycles over 5 years of consistent use. These features allow for higher run time and a safer battery. Do these batteries have the same protection circuitry and use Panasonic cells like the 3400mAh? I have read they are customized 18650's

Yes, Panasonic on both. The customized ones are in the new S30R II. The bare cells are just regular 18650s.

Thank you very much, If the 18650 that comes with the S30R II is customized does Olight not recommend charging the regular 3200,3400,3600mAh 18650's inside the flashlight? Also is it not recommended to charge the customized 18650's in the Omni Dok?

You can't charge the regular 18650s in the S30R II. The customized batteries have the negative and positive connections on the traditional positive side while the negative side is just negative. The customized batteries are button tops, so I don't see why they couldn't be charged in the Omni Dok since the negative on the positive side shouldn't make contact.
