Has anyone used d-c-fix film on a light and found it getting too hot? With lights getting up to 5000lm or so now, I'm starting to wonder.

I've had no problem with it on my H600w running for a half hour or so on high... but that's only about 1000 Lum.
I'm sure that at some point, if the lumens/temperature is high enough, it will melt.

That's the brightest light I have it on as well. I think something like the MX25L3C would be too much...you can feel the heat inches away from the lens immediately after turning it on.
