I think no dopt that the Nitecore P10/20 is the best in the lightweight (80-130gr) 18650 category. Compared to similar models - for example the Fenix PD35 series - it could run 2-3x times longer with the 800-900 lumen turbo mode. Fenixes could only 1-1,5 hours, Nitecore could 4,5 hours! But the question: what is the difference that occour this benefit?

I don't think you do understand, yet. If you want to, look up and read about the ANSI FL-1 specs. Potentially misleading claims are common...but if you understand the specs, you'll see why conflicting claims can both be true.
