What do do with 3 broken LumaPower MRVs?

So I bought 3 LumaPower MRV Sidekicks about a year ago I think from Battery Junction. They are practically brand new. Didn't use them and when I started using them about a year later noticed that they didn't work. One sort of flashes on and off every once and awhile and the other ones don't work at all. Tried different batteries that I know work and they still didn't work.

Is there anything I can do or am I SOL?

We need more info. Off the top:

I am going with a bad or loose contact some where in the system. Cold solder joint? Clean threads on all contacts?? Battery voltage tested??

Have you done any trouble shooting yet?

They look easy to fix, I just googled them.

I don't know much about lights or batteries. Threads seem clean. Maybe my new Nitecore D4 charger can test their voltage? I don't know how to do any solder checking.
