I know this is old tech, maybe 3-4 years but I got it off 'Zon and it's a surprisingly good deal for only $15. Your favote online auction is also full of them.
I also scored a nice deal on a lot of Li-Ion Sony 17670 cells and that's what I feed it. Haven't tried 123s yet.
The rubber switch boot fell out but I don't use clickie anyway, I twist the tailcap to get on/off effect. It's a pretty focused pure white beam with much more throw than my Malkoffs (most of them anyway).
