Any mods for the Nitecore P36?

I guess you are thinking about increased output. Would you keep the Cree MT-G2 emitter, and just tweak the driver/wiring in some way?

I am still interested to find a good diffuser for my Nitecore P36.

I guess my question should've been, Anyone did any mods on the P36?

As it is, it's a pretty darn powerful light.

If the head is 40mm like the Nitecore EC4 then the Nitecore NFD40 40mm diffuser works well.

XHP70 and a current bump? Would require an orange peel reflector too

Fortunately, the Nitecore P36 already has an OP reflector.

I checked this, and all other Nitecore filters, a while back. Alas, the P36 has a 50mm head diameter. I don't, however, mean to complain. The large head is part of the reason the P36 carries an ANSI FL 1 rating of 22,300cd.
