I just did my first 1W dorcy mod. I only have a few P binned stars. I am pulling about 110mA. my question is, has anyone done this mod but using one of those red-orange burners??? I am using mine with the optics on direct drive from 2xAA's. Just wondering what kind of power I could push with a Vf of 3.1v using the Dorcy AAA driver board. if it would be worth while, I will have to do the Wally World Tour again to find some 'doners'.
