I had bought many LEd Torches that are branded as 'CREE XML-T6 / U2' but they are in fact, Led light from LatticeBright (LB) as seen from the marked label on the Led PCB.

So, how does the real CREE XML-T6 or U2 Led looks like?

Are the real CREE XML torches expensive?

The fakes are selling like hotcakes at prices under US$10 and they are made by China JiangXi LatticeBright factory. One such Led became burned patches after 1 week of usage and became permanently DIMMED.

Are there no real CREE Led Torches in the market that are less than US$20 and uses Lithium Ion Battery 18650?

:welcome: I would say Convoy are the cheaper end of decent flashlights. Check out some of their lights with various tint options.

Convoy is a good bet. Even those, however, have been faked. GearBest shipped a number of fake Convoy S2+ flashlights to CPF members recently.

Two reliable sellers are Shenzhen Convoy Electronics Co., Ltd., the maker of Convoy flashlights, and Mountain Electronics.

The Convoy S2+ might be a good choice for you.
