The email address for repairs [email protected] does not work. Anyone had repair work done by Jetbeam?

nope never had to have repair work done on my 3 Jetbeams and hope I never do. This is not the first time I have read that Jetbeams CS and warranty repair basically does not exist. On the up side my 3 Jetbeams are built like tanks I swear the aluminum alone must be an eighth of an inch thick...
Hoping this doesnt come off as bigoted somehow but if you have a translator that will translate your email to whatever address they use to Chinese you may be more likely to get a response.

I had my RRT-0 repaired for stripped threads on the head. The return was handled through the dealer I purchased it from, which was Bugout Gear USA who is no longer in business.
Customer support is non-existent with JetBeam. I still have my nearly new BC25 that blinks for no reason.
Will never buy another JetBeam!!!
