DIY LED mod on Spinit 2D

Hi, this is my first post and i'm presenting one of my most awful work i ever done.
I use an old Spinit 2D (similar to the Maglite 2D) and put a 3W led with a Joule Thief so can run on 2 cells. Sadly doesn't put the entire power on the LED.
