A few years ago I bought some used HP battery packs for around $7.00 and the batteries were Sony, Sanyo or Panasonic.
Some of the Sanyo cells while they worked fine in other lights did not work at all in my SRT7, even after dabbling solder on both ends... no biggie, I marked the odd ones and went on, no problems.
I've retired a few batteries over the years and used a batch in cell phone battery banks and I now need some more.
The HP packs had a lot more Sanyo in them so I'd like to find one with the liklihood of Panasonic or Sony cells.
Anyone know of one?
