Surefire U2 led swap question

Not sure if we ever got the xm-l2 generation of the 6v XML-EZW (which is what I have in my 6v U2). Some here have reported that the reflector opening of the U2 may be large enough for the MTG so you might be able to get the upgraded MT-G2. These are the only two modern options that I know of for the older 6v U2's. Best of luck,
