My SRK died after being dropped in a river. A shame, but they are cheap so I ordered another. It arrived with the advertised 3 modes (High, Low and Strobe) but after changing batteries I got a single split second flash of the led's , and suddenly had more modes! (High, medium, low, strobe and sos). Excellent, would rather have more modes. Then I changed the batteries again, split second flash once again and it's gone back to 3 modes. Cannot replicate the 5 modes again. What's going on? Is there a button sequence I'm missing to enable more modes?
