Yes they do.

Keep your receipt and tag together if you can, otherwise take a photo of your receipt for later if required.

Yes as above, just fill it in and tbh i would keep it in the box or file it. If needed they do ask and also ask for the seller details. If it ever needs returning(oh the fun that brings if it has to go China) . They require all details and always worth backing up with pics when labelled up to prove. The item tagging etc etc with RMA No provided...........list goes on........... Also proof at post/mail office before sending. Follow up by email with pics to prove and they have been actually efficient !!!!

Best option for me now is to buy from a local authorised dealer so they can deal with the rma and posting , of course if that is possible!!

Hopefully that will never be needed, can say that the new 5yr warranty is a good thing NC have done!!
