Klarus XT12 Trouble

Hello all,

I don't feel like spending money by using trial and error. In early Nov of this year (2015), I purchased a new XT12. Everything worked well, no complaints. I noticed, after a month, the battery wouldn't charge. I tried plugging the USB charger to a wall mount, nothing. Tried it with a car charger, nothing. So I figured it may be the charging cord itself. I ordered a new cord, it was delivered today, and plugged that bad boy in... Nothing. The light surrounding the charging port on the light itself does not light up in either green or red. It's pretty frustrating since I've been using my back up light for work. I really don't want to buy another battery or light after under two months of use. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Exactly the same problem here. In fact I've joined this forum purely for this issue. I contacted the main website with no response. I'm in the uk and uk klarus site gives an error when using the contact form.
