I have plenty of single AA metallic flashlights (ie: rc-g2).

but new work site requires all tools to be insulated or non-conducting.

suggestions on a small Non-metallic flashlight that's at least 75 lumens?

Surefire G series
Pelican has several
Tabac has some acrylic hosts. Just need to get whatever P60 you want
I don't think Pelican has any single AA lights at all. I think that there are some rubber coated lights on the market that could be considered insulated. You could buy a nice aluminum light and put heatshrink over it.

Check out Energizer 'hard case' lights for a 2aa selection and Streamlight Polytacs if you don't mind 123 size battery lights.

Can't really say anything about single aa lights made of non conductive material. That's a toughy.

At home depot, the defiant model # HD1515 isn't bad. about $8.
It is rated at 56 lumens, single AA
It looks like it has an XPG emitter, with a orange peel reflector.
It is cool white, but NOT Blue.

The clip is metal, but can be removed.
