Looks like a cheap China made light. Kinda like the Ultrafire 502b. I highly doubt that police actually would use that. Just sayin.

I know about them both, the first one has no information about what model it is and the second one is very similar but not this specific one

It's an old, very early LED light made by a Chinese company called Nuwai. Those lights were rebranded a ton of times, with the most popular being by Walther (the gun mfr.).
