Assistance identifying a bulb/die (Maglite 6D)

Hello!

If anyone is familiar with the bulb /die shown below, could you kindly indicate what kind of bulb it?

Is it a LED? I initially thought obviously but not so sure. If it is, anyone know the type/brand?

TerraLUX MiniStar5 LED Upgrade for 4-6 C and D Cell Maglites

Anyone know if the version of this LED sold by Walmart shown in the link below exists? As shown with the built-in reflector? I know this LED is available for Streamlight.

I ordered it as it try it thinking it being a newer version but I received the regular LED. I let Walmart know they sent thronged and they didn't know what I was ttalking about. I emailed Terralux-TLE whole me to contact customer service who never replied. TIA.
