Surefire E2d LED Defender

Hi

Any one know if the head and tail of this SF is Compatible with C2 & 6P Bored Bodies and if the P60 Drop-in are Compatible? I like the style of this Head and Tail alot and would be great to utilize a 18650 Compatible Body and Drop-Ins Such as the Oveready ones, Exc

No, not compatible.

E2DL is "E-series"

C2 & 6P are C/G/P/Z(P60)-series

E-series tubes cannot be reliably bored for 18+mm cells

The VME bezel will allow the use of a Malkoff dropin with the other E-series parts, but this is a bit smaller than the P60 standard

Alternatively, an E2C adapter and a Z44 bezel will permit the use of a P60 dropin with an E-series host

The E2DL bezel and tail cap are not compatible with C2 or 6P style lights. You can however, find 18650 bodies that will accept the bezel and tail from that light.

Great so any one still making 18650 Compatible E series Bodies?

I did some research and see there is an E to C adaptor But that is for E bodies to C and P Heads. Is there a one that works the opposite way?
