There is a 10180 cell, it is fairly common. It is ø10mm and length 18mm with about 70mAh

They can be found in cheap e-cigs, but they are mostly LiPo. If coin cell shape is OK, than there's much larger choice.

If you can find a panasonic CG-320, it is 3mm x 20mm and claims 13mAh.

The GP0820L07 fits your dimension requirements almost perfectly. 8.2mm diameter and 19.5mm long. 3.7 volts but it's 60mah. Lithium Ion rechargeable .
