Professional White Wall Hunter (Wannabe)

Do we need to paint our wall and ceiling with the purest of pure white paint? If there is color (besides white) in the paint, it will show up right? Because with the flashlights that I have (gee, they all have moon modes) there is some butt ugly moon modes out there. I have one that looks purple, one pink, pinker than the High CRI 219a, to way to many tans. Will some of these sub lumen levels change tint color as they burn in? I have a Eagtac MX25L3C with Nichia 219b 4500k, when on moon mode it appears or did appear light cool blue when I first got it, but now it looks whiter. And when on the two higher modes it is a very white light that I like a lot, will it continue to get whiter on moon mode? Or am I just being deceived by some oddball color in the paint? Or am I doing something wrong? If I am school me!

Could be that your brain is doing its own bit of 'white balance'

Some zebralights may, the purple one is a SC52d, no pwm . I think the SC51w,c,d are though. I have never seen any pwm, but it may be there.
