I would have thought those would be fine, its not really a mega high asking light from the cells as far as i know. I prefer INR flavour, shorter so easier fit/removal and better performing. Now if you can tell by eye is another thing with this light, but once the voltage drops and under load, the INR cells will not sag like the 3400's. I use samsung 30Q for a few of my lights, this and the k60vn to name 2! These are rated at 15a continuous and 3000mah of fuel. Another option would be the sanyo/LG 10a 3500mah if a little more run time is important.

My most popular are 30q/25r/vtc5 cells, cant go wrong with any of these

Both mine

Get fed

More than happy with the performance, but i dont drain them to the last mah...........

Acebeam CS told me 7A, but that's probably at the tail, so that is around 3.5A on the batteries.

A couple of the highest drain batteries around currently are Efest IMR18650 3000mAh (purple) and Samsung INR18650-30Q 3000mAh (pink)

LG MJ1 3500mAh..panas 3400mAh...LG H2...Samsung 30Q...Sony's ALL great.

KJ2...7A for K60 not K70...runtimes on normal Panas 3400mAh show no way close to 7A
