with an XP-L-Hi at over 3 amps you can get in the ~1300 lm range and there are even more efficient emitters but they may or may not look as good.

Quoting lumens is a slippery slope as there is no standard for this.

The only thing I can tell you is the STFu will provide ~3300mA to the emitter.
