More than 50 euros, but NiteCore HC90. Has RBG plus white. Love the slide (variable brightness) on the white. 18650 with built in recharger if that helps.

Not with the NiteCore HC90. it puts out 900-1000 lumens.
with a beam distance of 110 meters.
With ~150 lumens you need zoom.
How many miles away do you need to see (using the zoom)?
