VINTAGE MEET UPS FROM CPF UK - BACK TO THE BEGINNING CHAPS

Here's a few shots of the first CPF UK meet up at the Devil's Punchbowl in Surrey - way back in July 2008!

Longest Mag Mod of the day award goes to petrev.

The lightest table around in England so far - we lightened it the next year though! Is that a Wee on the RHS?

I think our next meet was North Devon, Braunton, Sept 2009?

If memory serves me correctly then the following went.
Orb, Petrev, cdosrun +1, Jay R, Meganoggin + Mrs Claire Meganoggin, Remoteneeded, Nyctophiliac and myself.

Didn't the sat nav take us to a carpark in Barnstable?

Rob bought his Lummi Wee XP-E R2 which worked well in the small reflector.
I had a Surefire E1e triple XP-G and I seem to remember Nyctophiliac, Jay R, Petrev and Meganoggin wanting one too.

It was a great meet with a barbecue.
