-If I upgrade my personal account to premier, will all my transactions CC or not be charged the 3% paypal fee?
-I only have one bank account, can i just transfer the CC paypal account balance to a non-CC paypal account and transfer the money into my account that way, since my non-CC account is linked to my checking account?
