hi guys,
the last weeks i built a very tiny, light and compact light to put on glasses (e.g. for a dentist )
the goal:
50.000 Lux at 35cm
High CRI LED ( Nichia 219C )
Light under 25g wight
first step: drawing the light in CAD and optimize for lightweight and big surface.
after that i start the production of the light:
to check the simulation, i make a test with a LM35 and Arduino:
this is the battery case to clip on your jeans:
you can regulate the brightness stepless from 0-100% ( 0-1.5A ) with a latching point at 1A.
a wall-white-shot:
and the final light:
best regards,
Michael
