Any test/review for Maha MH-C204U USB Compact Charger before?

I have seen this charger available in the market for a while. Is there any test/review done in the past on this forum because I cannot search any.

According to that review, the charger can only charger 2 or 4 cells at once (2 channel charger), so you cannot charger 1 or 3 cells, I don't like these type of chargers.

That's the primary reason I haven't added this charger to my USB input AA/AAA charger want list.
