Lumintop Tool Ti DOA

Received a Tool Ti today and the light is DOA. I can take the clicky tailcap from the regular Tool and it works fine but once the Ti tailcap is screwed back on nothing happens. The same when I try the Ti tailcap on the regular Tool. Something I should check or simply DOA?

Working now. Takes a 15-20 minutes for the capacitor to charge it seems.

Glad to hear. This comes up repeatedly. The Mfg. should include a note in the (really nice) shipping container.

Small rechargeable cell, takes a while to charge and gain full function. Seiko does something similar with their watches.

As mentioned above, it would be extremely helpful if this was mentioned in the documentation included with the light.
