Hi folks! I have need of some very simple pieces of aluminum and stainless steel, and was hoping one of you with a lathe or other appropriate tools might be able to help. I'm hoping to get these things pretty inexpensively as I don't have a whole lot of cash at the moment. I'd be willing to trade parts, lights, and/or modding services, though, for some help. Here's what I need...

A half dozen ALUMINUM DISCS of 1-1/8 inch diameter by 2mm thickness.

A half dozen STAINLESS STEEL BLOCKS with dimensions 10mm by 14mm by 15mm.

No need for a super mirror polish to these pieces, but I do need them to be reasonably smooth.

Can anyone help me? Please PM or email me if so, and let me know your terms.

Thanks for reading this, folks! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif

I can do that Monday or Tuesday for you. What kind of stainless do you want?

Thank you so much kodiak! I have no preference for the stainless, so long as it's something that gives good electrical conductivity. I need those blocks as non-tarnishing, durable battery spacers to allow me to slip some 123 cells into AA battery holders. As long as they'll do their job in that regard, and keep doing it for a long time to come, any stainless would be great! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I just sent you PM as well.
