Im liking the look of this light alot has anyone used the latest 8200 lumen version?

I can't find any beam shots or videos on this light, is it relatively new?

How would this compare to the Thrunite TN36 UT?

Yes, this light is fairly new. Reviews etc should start to come through shortly I would think. (I can't comment on either of those two lights).

LOL...GoingGear needs to correct the Peak Beam Intensity claims for this light, they added an extra zero to give it 10 times the cd. They show the flood+spot total as 1280000 cd, the individual spot, and also flood claims are off likewise.

I made a similar post a while ago. Since no one had any info, i bought one, so now I have one :)

Also have the MM15, waiting for the MM15MB to arrive. Will compare the MM18II with mm15, mm15mb, C26, nitecore TM16 and the COnvoy L6, once I have all the lights here and the batteries too.

Yes it's the 8200lm. It's a lot of light. Very wide flood. And the throw is almost identical to the C26 aurora. Very good throw. I'll post photos this weekend. :p

I think it's pretty good. You hardly will use 10000k lumen. Even 8200lm is a lot already to constantly use.
I'll let the photos do the talking. Until then I haven't really tested that much.

Really wish I had even a thin pretext to get one of these! Very nice!

I too have one of the new MM18IIs. I can not tell you exact lumens but I will say it Is BRIGHT!
I beamed it down an alley and I could see all the way to the end of the block and it is brighter then my trucks headlights on high.
I shut it down so the neighbors wouldn't call the police

There is another thread started by Bruno28 here in the LED forum, that may give you a little info.

Lateck,

Trouble is trying to catch all the flood, I find out of the view , the field is lit up and can't be picked up! Flood lights are quite hard to do justice...for me anyway
