Just a random thought since I own one and was thinking if I were to want to sell it someday wether it's a flashlight that people would be interested in buying or trading, or has its popularity decreased . Opinions anyone ?

There is still some value in L1 Gen4, although collectors generally prefer Gen1 - Gen3 ....

I don't know in therms about collecting but I would think the gen six would be the best for actual use. I have several of the gen 5 and one gen 4 not to mention the gen 6. I love the low on the earlier generations but for use the gen 6 takes the cake.

I like the Gen 6 best as well.I had one, modded it and it got stolen. Just got myself a E1D to replace it but that L1's two stage switch is irreplaceable.
