So for quite a few years I have asked around to see if I could get as close to my perfect EDC. I'm in an urban setting. Needed something small, tail stand, great turbo, excellent moonlight and a wall of light. Had to be no more than 3.25" long and no more than 1" diameter.

My chosen host was the 4Sevens Quark CR123 Pro.

Until recently, nobody was willing to make the triple and have a driver that could do what I wanted.

Until I met Ludeconduct (cpf name) on Facebook who was selling a quad convoy mod with the BLF A6 driver which I bought and I decided to ask and see what he could do.

That was it. He put in a triple Nichia 219b high CRI, guppy 2 driver and overrode the spring for that 1500 lumen power.

BUT

I'm picky. The guppy 2 did not meet my need for a true moonlight mode (very customizable and will be loved by many and I think he has a newer version of the guppy 2 with better moonlight ). So I looked back to my modified convoy and thought "Damn that is a great moonlight mode"... So I asked and he was able to get BLF A6 drivers. Had to endure a week or 2 before receiving it and BAM!

I present the perfect EDC...

0.86" in diameter

Certainly looks nice, great photo. Is it just me though, or the last photo has a pinkish tint?

Hey Ludeconduct, are you willing to take on some new customers? I have to get my titanium knee replaced again(broke the first one), but this looks like an awesome build! Tixx, thanks for sharing and the pix!

That garage leans pinkish on the taupe color doors and whoever did the grout in it put pink. I don't know what they were thinking.

Yes I will take on new customers just send me a PM. The heat sink is a custom fitted piece out of solid aluminum and the driver is hand fit and stays in place due to a press fit.

Not sure runtimes or what is meant by "is that an inbuild lighter". Let me know. Ludeconduct I think is subscribed so maybe he can assist.

Nice light.

FWIW, Olight baton clips work well for deep pocket carry with that batt tube.

I saw this light on another forum. I like it. It has 20 user selectable options? Nice.

PM sent Ludeconduct.
