I just wonder when turn on the turbo mode for my flashlight, the head will heat up and get hot. Will it melt the diffuser?
Will turbo melt the the diffuser?

not unless you are using a super mod 4000+ lumen light. As for your average diffuser on even 1000 lumen lights then no. They will get warm sure but not melt.
