Hello, since flashlights all have normed-size batteries and use mostly the same or similar LEDs, i was wondering whether all the divers are compactible as well?

Changing drivers in big flashlights, especially cheap ones, is no problem since one can just solder the two wires leading to the LED.

I wonder if this is would be applicable with small AAA flashlights as well...

Im thinking about switching the drivers of Thrunite Ti3 and Lumintop tool so that Lumintop starts on low and Ti3 starts on medum, would that work? I only have the Ti3 now so i cant check myself.
Or if the LEDs are connected to the driver could one switch those entirely? fitting the nichia from astrolux a01 to Lumintop tool would make an excellent flashlight

So i have got both of these flashlights now. tried unscrewing the head and it seems that the thrunite thread is a little shorter, sometimes i got it to work and then it seemed that the driver has a slight lag upon pressing the button.
