    Party New Micro-Lux Dragon

Hey Guys just got in the new Micro-Lux Dragon. 10440 sized torch uses an XPL-HI.
This torch puts out a nice tight beam for a small sized head and about 1,000 Lumens.
    Check it out here
    Thanks
    Bob

somethings not right here... to get 1000 OTF lumens out of an XP-L will have to push it at close to 1.5A. 10440 averages 500mAH... so that's close to 3C on a charged cell. sounds dangerous...

Efest IMR 10440 puts out at least 1.5 A but not for a real long time. I'm not saying it doesn't get rather warm but it has a large heat sink and IMR batteries are very safe with very little internal resistance so they will run cooler and we all know resistance is futile. It also has great throw for such a small diameter head and optic, the best FC output I have ever tested on my meter for that size.

How does it compare to the 10440 micro turbo in throw? I have one in brass and love it

greenadam29 the head is about 35-40% smaller but it has about 25% more output.
