How many amps can a kroll switch handle?

I'm thinking of using one for a LuxIII DD project. Will it survive 1.5 amps? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Yes, it should. They do use some fairly thin wires in the springs that they use for contacts, so the limit will be fairly low.

Nothing more than 3 amps I think. The springs would probably heat up so much at 3 amps that the contacts may start softening or melting already.
