Can you upgrade a Lumintop TD15-X ?

Greetings,
the Lumintop TD15-X is one of my oldest flashlights. It still works flawless but compared to new lights, it has low output.
I was wondering, if it would be possible to replace the LED with something new ?

Can it be replaced with any high-cri led ?
Can you speed up the strobe frequency ?
Which led would you recommend for it ?
What would an upgrade like that cost me ?

it has a xm-l2 led, which is one of the best led nowaday, and 950 lumen is a typical ouput at this size

They probably upgraded the TD15-X on their website.
My model is older and has lower output with the XM-L T6 led.

I'd love to have a flashlight with a Nichia 219b led, so I was wondering if its possible to upgrade my Lumintop with that.
What could a replacement cost ? More then a P60 host with Nichia drop-in ?
