I definitely want one. I did notice the pocket clip looked thin before you mentioned it. I hope they can make it a little more sturdy (and maybe longer, as you had suggested).
Is it too late for them to alter the reflector/beam? I was hoping for a bit more fluid transition from hotspot to spill. I can see rings when shining on the wall. I guess it's not noticeable when in actual use though? Not a deal breaker though, I will be buying one!
I can't believe this is solid brass with Nichia (and tritium space) being sold for such a good price. It's a beautiful light with great mode spacing and it takes a 14500 too. Like you said, we can use AA for more selection of lower levels or 14500 for higher levels. Love it.
