Yes, I saw this on tonight's edition of Midlands Today!
I'm wondering whether the previous occupant had been on the beans for a bit too long!
Flatulating and smoking in a loo cubicle could have the same effect! ha ha!
Maybe that's why there's a total ban on smoking enforced on aeroplanes with sensitive smoke detectors in the toilets!
