I can't remember the model of this surefire. I had it cerakoted to match a rifle a while back and the numbers were blasted off. It has a problem with the tail switch pressure thing and I'm trying to find alternatives for it. I also want to brighten it up since it's incan.

Well, its obviously a Weaponlight, so I will be the first for once to tell you that a good replacement drop in would be one of the Malkoff M61 series. Solid shell, fully potted for vibration control, available in a range of powers and tints.

Im new to upgrading the surfires. How do i tell if the 61 will fit? Is that the same as a p60?

Malkoffs are good to go.... you might need to get the shock absorbing ring adapter Malkoff sells to go with it for that head, but it is only a couple of dollars.
