The Bushnell Pro 1300 is a great mid priced USB/Wall rechargeable flashlight, with an aggressive tactical look and feel. One of the best flashlights I have found at Wal-Mart.

I really like this light, but making the batteries non-replaceable is crazy. However, all may not be lost for you modders and tinkerers out there! The head screws off and exposes the top of the battery pack. The batteries are encased in a plastic tube like holder which moves, but does not come out. If you look where the USB cable connects, you will also see two screws with odd triangular shaped tops. I am betting these hold the battery in place. The light is very bright and floody, has a decent low, and feels like quality in your hands.
